I have only blue screen how to fix that?
Could you take a screenshot of the blue screen and show it to me?

What are your computer specs? Also, you can try pressing CTRL+C on the blue screen and paste it somewhere and send it to me if there is something.
Well its Asus Laptop with Windows 7, 64x. Something like this, sorry, i am not very good at explanation of PC Specs.
You can press the Windows key + R on your keyboard and type in msinfo32 then press Enter. A System Information window should appear, then in the File menu select Export. You will be asked to save a file somewhere. You can then send that file to me, it should have all the information I need. (Just don't paste it in a comment because there will be a lot of text in that file)
